He combines creativity and structural thinking with over four years of experience in hive management, beekeeping production, and developing sustainable practices. His approach integrates the technical precision of architecture with the ecological sensitivity of beekeeping, bringing a unique perspective to his work in the agri-environmental sector.

Onelio Leon

CTO-Chief Technology Officer CO-FOUNDER - AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER - Graduated from the Higher Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Havana, specializing in beekeeping and with over 10 years of practical experience in comprehensive beehive management. He has extensive experience in honeybee production and management, genetic improvement, health control, and optimization of honey and other bee products. He combines solid technical knowledge with extensive field experience, enabling him to implement sustainable and highly efficient beekeeping practices.

Lissette Cruz

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine by Instituto Superior de Ciencias Agropecuarias de La Habana (ISCACH). With many years of experience in animal production, the food industry, and quality control. In-depth knowledge of poultry production (meat and egg production), the dairy industry, and solving quality-related production problems. Additional practical experience in apiculture gained through university programs. Currently initiating an entrepreneurial project for the production of high-quality honey, focusing on sustainability, hygiene, and quality standards.

Yadriel Matos Fuentes

TEC - Technical and equipment consultant of Beeonig - Computer engineer specializing in IoT technologies, renewable energy, and precision agriculture - Graduated from the Universidad de Oriente, Mella Campus, Santiago de Cuba. Specializing in the design and installation of off-grid photovoltaic systems and the development of software for real-time apiary monitoring, thereby optimizing energy production and bee health while reducing environmental impact. Apiary Data Analysis: Processing data on weight, temperature, humidity, and sound to assess hive well-being.
